Re: LAME utf in tags and filenames

I forgot to add, that when I run it with non-UTF filename, it does indeed
work, but it encodes the tags wrongly. I'm not sure which encoding they end
up in, but it certainly isn't UTF-8. I view the resulting file in Windows,
and the tags are just gibberish.
