Initial Comment:
Here is a patch that will allow those who don't have the obsolete GTK1 development files in their systems to still be able to run autoreconf for LAME's build system. The GTK1 AC directives are from the old GTK1 sources, so running autoreconf with the AC directives in LAME's build system would leave the same generated files as it would if the AC directives were in /usr/share/autoconf.
