Summary: scale (empty) silent encode without warning

Initial Comment:
lame with --scale parameter without <argument>, like:

lame input.wav output.mp3 --scale
lame --scale input.wav output.mp3
lame --scale --noreplaygain input.wav output.mp3

results in silent encode, like --scale 0, without warning

--scale-l and --scale-r results are similar (one channel silent)

Message:
With LAME v3.100, switches with missing argument values will be ignored.
(Those with integer or floating point values, at least)
