Using LAME via stdin/out, problems

Hi! I'm a programming noobie who doesn't want to step forward from Python. While ago I discovered PyAudio, and then realized I can couple that and sockets to transmit audio to another location, with quite a low latency. Now I realized that the audio must be encoded to match my limited bandwidth, but stumbled to a problem in LAME. It actually isn't a problem I think, maybe you didn't even want it to behave like I would like it to behave. I'm using stdin/stdout and lame.exe. I noticed that lame.exe does only encode until EOF, and not giving chance to wait, to add more data to be encoded, so I could stream... without executing lame a few time a seconds.
