BUG: Cannot configure for Android x86_64

Using the project's config.guess and config.sub, I cannot configure
for x86_64-linux-android.

Attached is an updated config.guess and config.sub from
autoconf-2.69.tar.xz (http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/autoconf). If you don't
trust mine (no offense taken), you should fetch it from the build-aux
directory in the package.

During these runs, the cross-compile environment is set. Paths are
exported, and tools like CC=x86_64-linux-android-gcc are exported.

$ ./configure --build=`./config.guess` --host=x86_64-linux-android
