I don't think it will go into 3.100.

Using VC2008 and short of time, I haven't even managed to get libmpg123 compiled.
Scanning through the DIFF, there are some things, that maybe need some changes.
For the Autoconf stuff, someone else should take a look at those changes.

We already have some other patches, which I would like to import into 3.101:

- Surabhi Mishra: #69 Adding IPV6 support to mp3rtp utility
   (with modifications)
- galtgendo: #62 a better solution for #3481323 (porting mp3x to gtk2 or gtk3)

Though, I would like to get GTK version 2 or 3 compiled first. There seem
to be no binaries floating around, unlike for GTK1.

+ libmpg123 could be imported
+ maybe remove some deprecated functions from the LAME API at this occasion?
~ what's up with the AMIGA ifdefs?
Is it even possible, to compile LAME on AMIGA Or RiscOS anymore?

Ciao Robert
