Thanks for the suggestion Mike, but all links to images and pages are now relative. We now only use http:// to external links in that documentation.

Additionally or alternatively, throughout the HTML, I would suggest you
consider replacing all 'http://' with just '//' so the scheme (be it http or
https) will be inherited from the containing document's URL. SF is redirecting
all http to https URLs, so you need your pages to not have regular http links
in them, especially for images.
