Thomas: You can also supply a non-Google e-mail address, and you will get
notifications of bugs, but you will not have access to the fuzzing
dashboard at www.oss-fuzz.com, and you cannot download crashing inputs,
which you'll need if you want to reproduce crashes.

Note that a Google account does not mean a Gmail account. You should be
able to link a non-Gmail email address (like the one you're using now) to a
Google account.

e-mail list.

https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz/issues/2261 to discuss the Google
account requirement.
