Hi,

I am adding the Lame software license to my application for distribution.

Hence I am creating a LICENSE.txt file and copying all the content verbatim here: https://lame.sourceforge.io/license.txt

However there are a couple of things that have occurred to me.

Firstly I am including the IMPORTANT NOTE although this is not included in the LICENSE file lame-3.100 download. I guess including this is the safe thing to do?

Secondly, I am required to give a link to www.mp3dev.org<http://www.mp3dev.org>, however when you visit that URL, you are told the project has moved to sourceforge. In trying to adhere to what seems like the legal thing to do, I will link to the mp3dev.org URL. However, as far as I can see, the license text file(s) could do with an update.

Thoughts?
