Hi Dave,

I am not a LAME developer, so probably not super helpful... But there are s=
ome building instructions in this INSTALL file (https://sourceforge.net/p/l=
ame/svn/HEAD/tree/trunk/lame/INSTALL ), which is also distributed with the =
source code. I think I was able to generate a DYLIB for an Intel Mac at som=
e point by running:

% ./configure
% make

as suggested. Not idea about ARM, etc. though.

Hope this helps somewhat!

Kris

Subject: [Lame-dev] Compile libmp3lame for x86 on arm?
I=92ve downloaded the sources but do not know how to configure it to build =
for x86 (or fat) when compiling on an arm machine.

Also, and more fundamentally, I can=92t figure out (no instructions) how to=
 compile libmp3lame.dylib

Any =93how to=94 articles anywhere?
