Welcome to the MPC mailing lists

Hi,

as you may have noticed you were 'kidnapped' and subscribed to the new 
MPC mailing lists ;-) ! If you dont like that or plan to use the NNTP 
interface of gmane.org instead, just drop me a line. It was just, the 
subscribers list was looking so empty, i had to add a few email adresses 
.. lol :-) !!

I guess the purpose of these lists is clear, we prepare ourselves for 
the huge number of people adressing to us about the correct use of MPC, 
especially the mpc-users list. The mpc-devel list is mainly ment to give 
other developers, who want to support or use MPC in their software, the 
chance to turn to us so we can help them integrating the sources.

The mpc-general list shall be used to discuss things about the website, 
the license, logos etc. For the mpc-cvs, i hope Steve LHomme will setup 
a nice bot like he did for matroska, so every change to the CVS will be 
reported there ( Steve :D ? ) .

I will send a first email to the mpc-general list tomorrow, starting a 
thread about the license we should choose.
