Now that matroska is on the wheel of success *sigh*, I want to spend 
some time helping Frank on SV8 (and hopefully make a real DirectShow 
decoder that can be used out of matroska)... I have to admit the specs 
that I checked some time ago were too split in many files for me to read 
correctly. So Frank, could you simplify this ?
