CVS permissions are broken

Files in MPC CVS are not in the mpc group so change can't be commited :

that would be great to do a little :
for robux4 :
chgrp -R mpc sv7
for chrishjw :
chgrp -R mpc decoder encoder

or maybe an admin can look at it.
