Problem Sample Database

Hi all,

Christian &  I have been discussing creating a problem sample database =3D
to improve MPC devlopment, I have agreed to be responsable for mataince, =
=3D
promise to be avalibe, not abandon updating & searching for new samples. =
=3D
I have attached a very basic idea I had for this page which is only =3D
really to help devlepers like Frank Klemm, it's made in RAW html & not =3D
intended to be fancy, just informative.

The basic fields of infomation on each sample is what I think is =3D
important, this is what I have come up with,

Sample Name=3D3DName of Problem sample
Description=3D3DBest description of artifact
Profile/Quality=3D3DHighest ABX'ed Profile/Quality
Problem Encoder(s)=3D3DEncoder revision(s) with artifact (current encoder=
s =3D
only of course)
Transparent Encoder(s)=3D3DEncoder revision(s) without artifact (If =3D
problem is later fixed or not present in earlier enc)
Reported by=3D3DUser which reported the sample
