Changing host for the MPC mailing lists

Hi Lars,

we changed the host for the MPC mailing lists from http://freelists.org=20
( too much spam on there recently ) to

http://lists.matroska.org

Here the Gmane group names and the new email adresses, for each group :

Please change the Gmane NNTP interfaces for each of the groups
