MPC Mailing Lists going closed for subscribed members only

as freelists.org seems to be a preferred target for spam attacks
recently, i changed the setup of the lists such that only postings from
subscribed members are allowed. Emails from non-subscribed people are
going to dev/0 directly. Only exception is the MPC-users list, as we
dont wnat to slam the door to new users, trying to get familiar with MPC
and asking questions, without being subscribed to the list.

I hope you all agree with this way of handling recent spam hitting our
inbox via the ML.
