Hi!
I just released MB Tagger 0.10.0-test5:
http://ftp.musicbrainz.org/pub/musicbrainz/mbtagger-setup-0.10.0-
test5.exe
I discovered that one of the libraries was not being linked properly
and that this minor detail caused the tagger to be unstable in really
funky ways. Once I've finally figured out the problem, things started
looking much better. Also, Brian McGroarty has been testing the tagger
and entering a number of valuable bugs. Thanks Brian!
The result is a much more stable tagger -- finally. Please download and
test if you're a tagger user!
The following Tagger bugs were fixed:
812466 crashes randomly and frequently in WinXP
686371 Writing with Rename Durning Pending Bug
812611 Various artist filespec is not used
809384 %albumartist tag requested
810375 Tagger crashes on reloading a large number of tagged files
686695 re-tagging duplicates bug
781435 TRM submitting
793273 Crashing after 8 songs
809434 Add Files dialog holds lock on directory
717666 Clicking on the 'tag' icon crashes the tagger.
The following tunepimp bugs were fixed:
809642 0.10.0-test4 crashing during mp3 decode
810373 %abc uses first letter of artist name, not sort name
