Server update and MB Tagger 0.10.0 Released!

Hi!

Dave and I just updated the main server with the latest and greatest
changes. This also includes the 0.10.0 version of the MusicBrainz
Tagger:

That is a pretty impressive list -- thanks to all of you who helped out!

These changelogs are so massive, I won't post them here -- go check them
out on the site.

Im really excited by these new releases -- it should make using
MusicBrainz and tagging music with MusicBrainz much easier and accurate.
