Server Update: Moderation Search

Hello fellow Brainzers,

Yesterday evening (UK time) the server was updated to the latest
software release.  Read all about it here:

The biggest new feature in this release is "Moderation Search", which
makes it possible to search for and browse moderations in all sorts of
ways - not just the five (or so) ways that used to be provided.  You can
search for all sorts of things, e.g. "open mods I've not voted on by
<some artist>", or "Add Artist moderations added by me, which <some
user> voted on".  It's very flexible.

It also means you can pick and choose which things you vote on, so (for
example) if you like voting but can't stand doing "Merge Album" mods,
you can choose not to see them.

There are a dozen or so other changes in this release too; read the
above change log for more information.
