I had a fairly productive week, not all of it work-related. Lots of
review and a bit of merging; a good deal of refactoring-type work which
is in review. We also had our brief downtime on Friday evening (my time)
to fix up replication for some of the orderable link tables and
additionally get pg_stat_statements and pg_amqp onto totoro. In-between,
I got a bit of work done, but also got distracted a lot by editing MB
(working on filling in and fixing up Buxtehude's works and the BuxWV
catalogue series), which hasn't happened in a while -- thanks to
bitmap's work on the mini-relationship-editors and series, I think. :)

Reminder to everyone that ruaok wasn't sure if he'd be around for this
meeting; if he's not I'll be running it, but it may be somewhat short in
any case.
