Dev chat reminder, issue f607c9b7-0fc3-43f6-94b7-9165c1e55013

I added plugin download and install capabilities to Picard, the code
is here: https://github.com/musicbrainz/picard/pull/334 and all sorts
of feedback is welcome.

To make the downloads work, I also had to make some fix-up commits
with the website's code (so everything could work on Rika.) The
commits are here:

As my college re-opens on 16th, I'm travelling back to my place today
and won't be available for the meeting.
