First, I worked on finishing the Picard side of things, but left them
in middle as 
Michael mentioned that the Picard's documentation on the website was
more 
important.

The rest of my time was spent hacking on getting the docs to display
properly.
I tried a lot of things but just couldn't get the html we were getting
from the 
wiki to display in a way that looked okay.

So, now we are just moving all the docs from the wiki and checking
them into
the website repo itself, so if one has to update the docs, they'll
have to send a 
PR.
