I think the term "open questions" might be better than doubts. :)

And yes, you have a lot of good questions -- however, we're are looking for people who can take initiative and think about these open questions and attempt to answer them. By posting your questions, you are asking us to do the work for you. I would suggest that you:

1. Think about the open questions and come up with some possible answers.
2. Write up your answers here in the form of a short proposal.
3. Turn up in the #musicbrainz-devel IRC channel and start a discussion around your proposal.
