you didn't ask any questions, so it's a bit hard to reply, but the two
tickets [0] and [1] are currently the biggest blockers on the way to
making the Solr-based search on par with our current one. Of course, you
should read through the documentation first to know how the rest of the
system works as well or look at some other tickets for an easier start.
