Thanks for answering bitmap,

I've taken a look at the code and honestly, I think it would be better to
write a new app from scratch. iOS has changed a lot in the last couple of
years and I believe adapting that code to the new standards would take more
work than starting over due to the frameworks it uses that are no longer in
development (Three20) and doesn't work in recent iOS versions or aren't
necessary thanks to new APIs.

The goal is to end up with an iOS app as capable as the Android app, with
support for the new iOS devices and designs paradigms. I believe the time
frame is adequate for this project and that I could end up with a working
iOS app by the time it ends.

I'm preparing the proposal and will post about it here before sending it to
GSoC.
