Thanks for answering bitmap, I've taken a look at the code and honestly, I think it would be better to write a new app from scratch. iOS has changed a lot in the last couple of years and I believe adapting that code to the new standards would take more work than starting over due to the frameworks it uses that are no longer in development (Three20) and doesn't work in recent iOS versions or aren't necessary thanks to new APIs. The goal is to end up with an iOS app as capable as the Android app, with support for the new iOS devices and designs paradigms. I believe the time frame is adequate for this project and that I could end up with a working iOS app by the time it ends. I'm preparing the proposal and will post about it here before sending it to GSoC.
