This week, the moderation interface stuff finally got completed and merged.

I've gotten event entity reviews working. So you can now search-select
an event and write a review just like with release groups.

The last major thing that remains is display of event reviews. I've
figured out the template changes etc required too. So I'll probably
finish that tomorrow.

I've made some other minor changes too, mostly just small JIRA issue
fixes, but haven't yet opened a pull.
