I finished the work on event entity pull, making it feature complete:

Events can now be searched, viewed, reviewed etc.

The method is extensible so adding new entities now won't be a problem.
This will be further ensured when I add the Places entity this week.

For the events entity stuff to work, musicbrainzngs will have to be updated,
but for the time being, we can just use my fork:

`pip install git+https://github.com/dufferzafar/python-musicbrainzngs.git@events`

I also fixed a bunch of minor JIRA issues:
