Never encountered a difference of tracks times of different rips from same release. Even if someone has is null in ripping, he will not make a rip with the tracks times different to the ones on CD. It's a basic principle for the DBs such as freedb, AccurateRip and many more. If you were right, these DBs would never exist. (If you say about similar titles on different releases, it's absolutely other subject.) 2) Back cover timing. Times printed on back cover almost always differ to the real times on CD (in TOC). Should never be used when you have a CD or rip in hands. ----- Valeriy Orlov (RocknRollArchivist) -- View this message in context: http://musicbrainz.1054305.n4.nabble.com/Are-different-digital-downloads-different-releases-tp4646206p4646522.html Sent from the MusicBrainz - Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ MusicBrainz-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.musicbrainz.org/mailman/listinfo/musicbrainz-users
