[mb-users] Should the same release under different names be placed in the same release group?

http://musicbrainz.org/release-group/c52726bf-b188-373a-8cf0-95c3ed422fba

The releases are in the same group.


http://musicbrainz.org/release-group/30f5476f-1d6a-3078-a5d4-1793ff31dacb

and

http://musicbrainz.org/release-group/b3fb696e-7ba0-3689-9043-a51c7a03b544

are in separate release groups, although they contain the same material.
Should these two release groups be combined? If so, how should the release
group be titled?
