[mb-users] So slow it's broken

Could the web admin extend the timeout?

I have put effort into a big edit, and something (eg generating the
recording suggestions) is taking too long.

By the time this is acted on, I will have lost all edits.

The error web page is "504 Gateway Time-out / nginx/1.1.19".
