Hello all,

I happened to come across the GSoC page
<http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Development/Summer_of_Code/2015> of
MusicBrainz.

I found this new feature(*Add in site messaging in MusicBrainz*)  very
interesting.


*What are the technical skills required to implement the above new feature?*

Can someone please give me guidelines as to where I can start from?
Shall I first begin with solving simple bugs?
