Must be the upgrade process. I did a fresh install blowing the old one
away including the database and everything works fine for me. I know
this does not help you any but maybe as a last resort.

Everything here seems to work fine with the exception of User
Maintenance; upgrading from b16 when I click on User Maintenance in Sys
Admin I now receive:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in C:\Program
Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\netjuke\admin\user-list.php on line 44

Any Ideas?
