The stuffit support does warrant a note in the documentation -- I forgot to add it. I developed the stuffit support on a Linux machine and it requires the commandline version of the 'stuff' utility. I'm not sure if that is available for Mac OS X. I think that the best solution will be to utilize an applescript to build the archive -- I'm looking into this. I'd say use tar or zip in the meantime.
