"Frame not allowed in ID3v2.4: NCON"

I tried to edit the Genre of a single MP3 file from Netjuke and got
this message after Save:

  Frame not allowed in ID3v2.4: NCON
  Frame "NCON" is NOT allowed
  GenerateID3v2FrameData() failed for "NCON"
  Error generated in getID3() v1.6.1
  GenerateID3v2Tag() failed

On most other files, I get no error, but it doesn't appear to edit the
mp3 file.  All files and directories are world-writable.  The database
is updated, but the file is not.

I have Edit Media enabled, of course.  Any ideas?  Stuff to log?

I'd love to be able to patch up MP3 ID tags from Netjuke.
