b17 Doesn't Recognize Ogg Track Tag

Ever since I upgraded to the latest version from b16, I've noticed that
Netjuke doesn't properly detect the "track" tag for Ogg files.  It imports
all my Ogg files as track 0.  I am pretty sure that this did not happen with
b16.  Do I need to edit the tagging order in a file somewhere?
