A little hack for my problem, found in:

Changing the line in lib/getid3/getid3.php from:

CopyFormatCommentsToRootComments($ThisFileInfo['id3v2'][
'comments'], $ThisFileInfo, true, false, false);

to

CopyFormatCommentsToRootComments($ThisFileInfo['id3v2'][
'comments'], $ThisFileInfo, true, true, false);

Its work fine.
