Hi Al - Have you enabled the gzip output buffering extension in PHP by any chance? It seems like setting zlib.output_compression On in php.ini might cause this behavior. I'll see about having Netjuke attempt to disable the gz handler on the batch page, or at the very least suppress the errors.
