Yes I do have it on.
Another web appliation on the server requires it. I will try turning it
off and seeing if that works. I won't be able to do that and respond to
you till Monday as I'm leaving in a couple of hours to catch a plane.
I appreciate ya'll looking into this as downloading a batch is kinda
important to me.

Hi Al -
Have you enabled the gzip output buffering extension in PHP by any chance?
It seems like setting zlib.output_compression On in php.ini might cause
this behavior. I'll see about having Netjuke attempt to disable the gz
handler on the batch page, or at the very least suppress the errors.
