I should have mentioned -- the upgrade utility does NOT need to be run 
between pre1 and pre2 -- Netjuke is feature frozen and there are no further 
changes that require upgrading. Simply copy your preference file from one 
copy to the next and you will be ready to go. Users of b17 or lower still 
need to upgrade.
