Error syncing to mpeg

Netjuke running very well on a E-smith 5.1.2 version (based on RH 7.1) I've put all my MP3's in one giant directory. Importing goes well. When I start listening through netjuke Winamp shows following error: [error syncing to mpeg], but not with all the files! About 40% shows this message. When I start the same MP3's directly from the directory, Winamp has no problem. Anyone a clue?
