I figured this one out. The upgrade sql for b17 was run as part of the upgrade script but not the upgrade script for b15. I manually did the alters from the b15 sql in the netjuke-toolkit and the problem was solved. I am posting this in case anyone else runs into this problem and looks to the newsgroup for help. -Victor
