error after upgrading

After upgrading to the latest rc1, I get the following error when I try to
goto my Netjuke page:

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'inc-legacy.php' (include_path='') in
/home/httpd/secure/netjuke/lib/inc-common.php on line 25
