I'm afraid netjuke was built for streaming and therefore there is no
option to disable it. If you want to start modifying the code you
would have to remove all those little play buttons plus several more
links and/or break the playing-function in play.php. The line

if ($icon == "play") return "";

at the top of function buildButton() in lib/inc-html.php has the
effect of removing all the little play buttons for example. I can't
help you with all the details though since there are "hidden" several
play links at a number of places.
