problem in Install form

Hi all,
i'm a newbie in the netjuke process of install.
I've trying it, but after having completed the form, here is the error message i have :

I'm using Mandrake 9.1 with PHP Version 4.3.1 and MySQL version 4.0.11

the version of netjuke is the latest one : netjuke-1.0b17-php4.1+.tar.gz

any idea ?
