Batch downloading quest

I was going to post in the forums, but for some reason when i signed up for a new account my password was never sent to me.

I am running the latest version of netjuke on a windows 2003 server box running apache and mysql (everything works fine). My question is what program are people using to archive their mp3s for batch downloading. I am looking for a specific zip/rar program to use and an example of how it would be entered into the configuration of netjuke. Any help would be great. I have tried some on my own with no success, all I get is an empty zip archive, so I must be doing something wrong.
