Netjuke Homepage Moved to Ibiblio

Hello all -

This is a just a quick heads up to let everyone know that I've just 
moved the Netjuke site from SourceForge to ibiblio. The site was running 
unacceptably slowly and was no longer a viable hosting option for myself 
or the community. You should find the site much more responsive than 
ever before. Additionally, we should soon be serving the main page via 
the http://www.netjuke.org domain name (yay!).
