Not sure how robust the french translation of the documentation is, but 
there is a Security Mode setting under Admin -> System Preferences. .2 
allows public content.

You can always link directly to a file in your music library, like this:

http://your.web.address/var/music/mix/path/to/your/file.mp3

the urls you can find in any netjuke generated playlist.
