Installing....

I am trying to get netjuke 1.0 rc2 installed and when I attempt to do the 
install I get this:


Warning: 
main(/var/www/localhost/htdocs/netjuke/etc/locale/LANG_PACK/inc-installer_in 
staller.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in 
/var/www/localhost/htdocs/netjuke/installer/lib/inc-generate.php on line 151


Any ideas?
