Question about Download Timeout

I am using Netjuke 1.0-rc2 and had a question about where I would change the
"Limit Execution Time to" variable located in the content preferences
window. Currently it is setup to timeout after a maximum of 999 seconds. I
would like to make the number larger then 999 but the interface/GUI only
accepts 3 digits. I looked through some of the php files but was unable to
locate that variable. I lack any sort of programming skills, but this seems
like it would be easy to fix. If someone could tell me what file the
variable is in, that would be great.
