Queuing is a player feature, not a Netjuke feature.

That said, it can be done in xmms or Winamp.  Not sure about others.

xmms: configure your browser to launch "xmms -e" for .m3u files

Winamp: set the preference Options -> Preferences -> General Preferences
-> File Types -> Enqueue... (in version 5)  The pref is there in earlier
versions also, but it might be in a slightly different location.
